hiplease only ST Employee answer this questioni use  this code for enable RDP LEVEL 1  for STM32H743 and STM32F407Can this code alone protect the program in the flash from any type of attack to read the program in the microcontroller?Will it be possible to read the program through the bootloader or the program in the sram?FLASH_OBProgramInitTypeDef OBInit; OBInit.OptionType = OPTIONBYTE_RDP; OBInit.RDPLevel = OB_RDP_LEVEL_1; HAL_FLASH_OB_Unlock(); HAL_FLASH_Unlock(); HAL_FLASHEx_OBProgram(&OBInit); HAL_FLASH_OB_Launch(); HAL_FLASH_OB_Lock(); HAL_FLASH_Lock();

Hi,I am using Zigbee_OnOff_Router_NVM to test the opening and closing function of IasZone Server. I found that by default, the notification generated by modifying the status value is 'Report Attributes'. But according to document 'Zigbee Cluster Library', a 'Zone Status Change Notification Command' should be generated.I also found that if the following code is commented on, it can generate the 'Zone Status Change Notification Command' notification correctly, but the status value will lose persistence.  /* Allocate the attributes */ // if (ZbZclAttrAppendList(zigbee_app_info.iaszone_server_1, zcl_iaszone_server_attr_list, ZCL_ATTR_LIST_LEN(zcl_iaszone_server_attr_list))) // { // ZbZclClusterFree(zigbee_app_info.iaszone_server_1); // return ; // }  I want to know how to generate 'Zone Status Change Notification Command' notifications while enabling data persistence.I provided the source code I used. ThanksDL_Weng

I don't know the function of the BIST receive mode bits in the picture. According to the description, when this bit is enabled, the protocol layer cannot receive data. So, what does this model do? Please help me resolve this confusion. Thanks   *This post has been translated from Chinese to comply with the ST Community guidelines.

Hi,I am using STM32H753XI in my ongoing design. We are using most of the timers and internal ADCs in our application. So it is very tough for me accommodate both external eMMC and NOR flash interface.  My question is, Can we boot STM32H753 with external eMMC? Use case is, in case internal 2 MB is not sufficient for software to flash, we may need to go for external bootable memory. So again , can we boot from external eMMC ? if yes, what shall be the configuration on STM32H753 to configure it from external eMMC? Can we use do the partition in external eMMC and use the other part of memory for storing other data like logs?What you suggest should we go for eMMC or parallel nor flash or serial nor flash as external bootable memory?

Hi,I am trying to flash MCU firmware on my STM32L4A6VGTx MCU in bootloader mode over UART using cube programmer v2.17.0. What last version of STM32CubeProgrammer for Windows 7 (32bit) supported?current release notes described as "Windows10 (32/64bits) Windows11 (64bits)".But, there must have been a STM32CubeProg version supported Windows 7 in the past.Please let me know.  Of course use with offline and never connect to the internet.

Hello Everyone, I have a STM32U575 CPU, with a ILI9341 LCD Display, this works fine with a STM32F4, but i am upgraded my PCB to a STM32U575 and got Problems with the SPI...my main.c code: int main(void) { /* USER CODE BEGIN 1 */ /* USER CODE END 1 */ /* MCU Configuration--------------------------------------------------------*/ /* Reset of all peripherals, Initializes the Flash interface and the Systick. */ HAL_Init(); /* USER CODE BEGIN Init */ /* USER CODE END Init */ /* Configure the system clock */ SystemClock_Config(); /* USER CODE BEGIN SysInit */ /* USER CODE END SysInit */ /* Initialize all configured peripherals */ MX_GPIO_Init(); MX_GPDMA1_Init(); MX_CRC_Init(); MX_SPI1_Init(); MX_UART4_Init(); MX_UART5_Init(); MX_USB_OTG_FS_USB_Init(); MX_I2C1_Init(); MX_USART3_UART_Init(); MX_TIM2_Init(); MX_ICACHE_Init(); MX_RTC_Init(); MX_TouchGFX_Init(); /* USER CODE BEGIN 2 */ HAL_GPIO_WritePin(LCD_BACKLIGHT_GPIO_Port, LCD_BACKLIGHT_Pin, GP

Heyho,I'm about to start writing an ethernet bootloader for the H7.I found the F7's LwIP_IAP example, a good way to get ideas how to realize the bootloader, although I'll probably put the new bin into an external SPI flash.As I have an http-webserver with a few pages already up and running, I will use the http method.The example is using LwIP's "standard" fs_data.c file containing the STM32's webpage, prepared with makefsdata.But where can I find the original html-files which served as the fs_data source ?I don't want to learn any more html, the webserver is more or less a debugging tool, so it would be a great help if I could simply modify the original html-files to fit my purpose.Maybe @STea or @Peter BENSCH  might helpThanks in advance!PS: I already checked the original F4 example on Github, no html there.

Hello Team,We got our board booted up recently and Currently testing out CAN with classic mode. All our external devices support Classic CAN mode and even after configuring it with 500kps, It doesn't seem to transmit data.Please, find the attached MX file that we use currently. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, I am evaluating to use the ST8500 module as alternative part of the ST7538Q.In our application we have a custom protocol over power line with FSK modulation.Looking all the documentation related to ST8500 I found that it is possible to configure the carrier frequency, the bandwidth and the modulation as the ST7538Q. The point that for me is not clear is about the RTE and PE images to be downloaded on the IC. All the documentation is related to the G3 protocol and also the images are related to this protocol. In case I would like to use only the PHY layer without the other layers of the stack, is it possible to create a light version of these images ? Or the images have to be provided by ST?Moreover should I use the G3-lib as host interface driver?

Please review and advise what is MSL(Moisture Sensitivity Level) of part#STP85N3LH5. We are aware that this part is "obsolete".Please provide a related link /document showing the MSL of this part.

I do not see any information on the datasheet or reference manual, how is the TRACECLK in STM H5 (particularly 563 if it matters) derived ? Is the TRACECLKIN SYSCLK or FCLK ?

Hi there,In my touchGFX project, I import an SVG file.I can compile and simulate the UI page using TouchGFX Designer, which works as expected.However, after I finished the design in TouchGFX Designer and tried to compiler the project by MDK-ARM, the following error was present:(When I delete the SVG object in TouchGFX Designer, everything works well again.)I don't know what this means, how do I resolve it?Thanks for your help!

I was able to run the Serial emulator in NANOEDGE AI STUDIO Validation, so as the next step, I run [COMPILE LIBRARY] in Deployment and don't know where to put the libneai.a file generated in Project Explore.Also, please let me know if any other settings are required.The evaluation board is B-L475E-IOT01A2.

Hello! I am having trouble downloading a demo project to my STM3210E-EVAL evaluation board and am looking for help.I'm using IAR Embedded Workbench for Arm v9.60.3. From within this IDE, I downloaded the example project STM32F10E_EVAL_Demo. I'm using a SEGGER J-Link PLUS.In the Project Options, I changed the Device from ST STM32F103ZE to ST STM32F103ZG. I also switched to the Debug_NOR_update configuration.Eventually, I get a dialog with the message, "The flash loader program reported an error. The debug log may contain more details." I attached a copy of the Debug Log.Does anyone know what I am missing?

Is there a proper way to implement a float value? When i try to declare a float variable and debug via the variables tab and or live expression (global variable) I keep getting incorrect values in some instances. I have included the float library and enabled -u_printf_float / -u_scanf_foat.

Hi, I was wondering the safety regarding using a presenter within a container? I need the container, on click, to send information to the model. I cannot do this from the view, because this is a onclick function. Is it safe for me to define/set the presenter of the screen in the container then use it in the container?

I'm using the VL53L1X ULD API to drive 4 sensors and, sometimes, the function VL53L1X_SensorInit returns error VL53L1_ERROR_CONTROL_INTERFACE while initializing the third or four sensor (the first two are always initialized correctly).The sensor boot up correctly and returns correct measurements, tho.What's the best practice to manage this error? Is it correct to use something likestatusRadar = VL53L1X_SensorInit(dev_address); while(statusRadar) { statusRadar = VL53L1X_SensorInit(dev_address); }My init function is likestatic void VL53L1_init(void) { uint16_t ToFAddresses[4] = {0x54, 0x56, 0x58, 0x5A}; uint16_t dev_address = 0x52; uint8_t byteData, sensorState=0; // Reset the 4 ToF sensors on the expansion board for (ToFSensor = 0; ToFSensor < NUMERO_RADAR; ToFSensor++) { statusRadar = XNUCLEO53L1A1_ResetId(ToFSensor, 0); } // Bring the sensors out of the reset stage one by one and set the new I2C address for (ToFSensor = 0; ToFSensor < NUMERO_RADAR

I am using a NUCLEO-G071RB, STM32CubeIDE v1.17.0, and STM32Cube_FW_G0_V1.6.0 with patch STM32Cube_FW_G0_V1.6.2. I compiled and downloaded the timer example TIM_OCActive.Please confirm that the four output signals turn permanently active (high) after the specified time period.If a pulse stream is needed (output is on/off at a specified frequency), is the example TIM_OCToggle the right code? Also, is a 'pulse counter' available that would stop a pulse stream after N active (high) pulses? Thank you!

Hello STM Community,I am currently working on a project using an STM32F407 microcontroller with LWIP and MQTT to connect to Azure IoT Hub on the secure MQTT port 8883. Hello everyone, I'm working on a motor control project using an STM32 microcontroller (TIM1 and TIM8 timers), and I need to implement a soft Break to safely stop the PWM signals with proper transitions (respecting Dead Time and setting the outputs to 0V in low-impedance mode). However, the methods I've tried so far don't seem to work as expected. Here's what I want to achieve: When stopping the motor, ensure all PWM outputs go to 0V in low-impedance mode. Respect the configured Dead Time during the transition to avoid cross-conduction. Optionally, use a software-triggered Break (TIM_BDTR_BKE) to achieve this cleanly. My Current Setup Initialization Code (PWM Start):           HAL_StatusTypeDef motor_pwm_init(uint8_t motor_i) { HAL_StatusTypeDef status = HAL_OK; TIM1->CCR2 = VALUE_MAX_TIMER_PWM; TIM1->CCR1 = VALUE_MAX_TIMER_PWM; TIM8->CCR2 = VALUE_MAX_TIMER_PWM; TIM8->CCR1 = VALUE_MAX_TIMER_PWM; if (motor_i == MOTOR_1) { status |= HAL_
