Received my GFX01M1 board to use with the Nucleo-G071RB. First, tried to load the precompiled binary in the project workspace with no luck. I get the 'Failed to execute the MI command LOAD ***.elf'. Re-compiled the code with no issue but resulting in the same message. Some sort of debugger issue, it seems, but there is very little about this 'MI command' or what causes the error. There are lots of posts about this same issue but nothing recommended in these posts have resolved the problem. I've tried changing debugger and debugger settings but the error continues to be unresolved. Also tried code with and without debug settings and tried loading the code with STM Programmer instead of the IDE with no improvement. Same error.Any suggestions on resolving the issue? Thanks, tjm

Hi,I'm trying to build and run the examples from TouchGFX Designer 4.15.0 on the STM32H7B3 Discovery kit and all I'm getting is a blank screen. The programming appears to be working (prior to flashing there is a working application is in the device which no longer runs after flashing). The example applications run in the simulator.I've tried a number of the example applications including, most recently, the button example with the up/down buttons to increase/decrease a number in a text box which doesn't work. If I create and compile an example straight out of STMCubeIDE 1.4.0 (instead of TouchGFX Designer) and program it with STMCubePRogrammer 2.5.0 it runs without issue.I have selected the correct board and example when creating the project.I have tried both directly using the Run Target button and also Generate Code followed by Run Target. When using Run Target the progress indicator on the bottom bar seems to be doing everything I would expect including compilation and programming. So I

Hello,As per page number 17 of datasheet of STM32F070 series we can see that it consists of internal temperature sensor. It's written that with calibration we can get quite accurate value of the temperature but can it be used as replacement of any external temperature sensor such as STTS751. Our application is based on logging of temperature in cold chain storage unit and in similar areas. My question is that can we use this internal temperature sensor for this type of purpose or not hence reducing external temperature sensor? Can it provide that good accuracy as external sensor or not?

I got some STM32WB55CG samples from st office and the date code is 034. The read out FUS version is 1.1.0. Has the default firmware been upgraded? So the customer doesn't have to upgrade FUS anymore?D:\Program Files\STMicroelectronics\stm32cube\STM32CubeProgrammer\bin>STM32_Programmer_CLI.exe -c port=SWD mode=HOTPLUG -r32 0x20030030 4 -r32 0x20030024 50     -------------------------------------------------------------------                      STM32CubeProgrammer v2.5.0     -------------------------------------------------------------------ST-LINK SN : 32FF6C063047463341421351ST-LINK FW : V2J37S7Board      : --Voltage    : 3.23VSWD freq   : 4000 KHzConnect mode: Hot PlugReset mode : Software resetDevice ID  : 0x495Revision ID :

I performed all the calibrations indoor and whenever i am testing it in outdoor(both under direct sunlight and opposite) ,it is always detecting some particle without any interference.Do i need to perform calibrations again in outdoor?

Hi all,I'm triyng to learn about using the example projects inside the repository folders. For example, I have a STM32F429i-discovery board and I want to load an example:../STM32Cube/Repository/STM32Cube_FW_F4_V1.25.1/Projects/STM32F429I-Discovery/Examples/ADC/ADC_RegularConversion_DMABut there isnt an .IOC file. How sould I load This in STM32CubeIDE?

The program crashes in Framework/source/touchgfx/containers.cpp . I can find the where the error is generated here but haven't a clue why. At this stage, I am working in the simulator and building the gui with the idea of getting the gui built and then start adding the functionality. I am not sure what part of the project to zip up and send as I am sure you don't need the entire folder. I tried zipping just the "TouchGFX" folder which wouldn't properly open on another computer.Any guidance would be much appreciated.

There is hal_pwr.c module, and hal_pwr_ex.c ("Extended") modulesThese seem to have equivalent functions, such asHAL_PWR_EnterSTOPModeHAL_PWREx_EnterSTOPModeHAL_PWR_EnterSTANDBYModeHAL_PWREx_EnterSTANDBYModeWhat are the difference between these? Why some pwr functions are separated/duplicated to Extended module? It seems that Extended module adds Domain information. Can you use non-extended version if you don't beed Domain control?

HI, After Factory calibration of LIS3DH accelerometer, what are the range of values given by the accelerometer( Selected 12 bit OUTPUT). I am getting 20-30 ADC counts of X axis from accelerometer, where as -1 to 3 counts from Y axis . Why there is a much higher difference Please answer ,Thank you.

I've setup the distribution package, i'm able to build the default image, and have created a custom image that includes some additional recipes. Now I want to continue with creating my custom machine. I've created a custom device tree with cubeMX and placed it in meta-st-stm32mp-addons/mx/<projectname>. I followed the steps https://wiki.st.com/stm32mpu/wiki/How_to_create_your_own_machineMy .conf looks like this:#@TYPE: Machine #@NAME: stm32mp1-mx #@DESCRIPTION: Configuration for STM32CubeMX generated project #@NEEDED_BSPLAYERS: layers/meta-openembedded/meta-oe layers/meta-openembedded/meta-python   ########################################################################### # # Default machine configuration sections # ###########################################################################   include conf/machine/include/st-machine-common-stm32mp.inc include conf/machine/include/st-machine-providers-stm32mp.inc   # Define specific common machine name MACHINEOVERRID

Hello.I got a STM32l-Discovery and I tried lots of examples with HAL, But I can't get the LCD on this board working. Examples from ST page use some strange library and don't want to compile in my IDE. Have anyone working example for this lcd using HAL?Sorry for my English, I'm from Poland

DB4236 mentions user manual UM2750. Apparently, this is not available on ST's website? The link inside the document to this UM doesn't work either.

Just started to migrate to the ARM compiler 6 and I noticed __weak is incompatible language extension in this version and it needs to be written __attribute__((weak)).In STM32F4 HAL Drivers and almost all of the STM32 MCUs, there are lots of functions that have __weak in their declaration while it is not supported in ARM compiler V6.As for ARM Compiler and the DFPs, I have installed the latest versions. Are we having a problematic kind of situation here?

Dear Friends. Can someone explain the warning in the picture attached? If I change the "Clock and chip enable" parameters, the warning keep on.Best Regards.Thank you!

Hello, pin map editor is buggy for pins 88/89 of SPC564A80L7 and set always these pins as CAN and not eSCI when the pin map editor is opened and closed, code is generated as CAN!I have modified thse pins function then directly in the code. Thanks for your attention,Best regards.

What does it mean CUT?I suppose is a CPU identification tag, but I'm not sure.I developing a project with SPC5 studio V.6.0, but I don't understand which file I must include in my project between spc574k_cut24.h and spc574k.h.I see there are some example for CUT 2.3 and CUT 2.4 but I don't known the differences. Can anybody help me, please?Thank you very much.Best regardsE.

I'm working on a school project where I need to use OTA in order to update my code but I can't find any documentation or example to be able to implement it in the SPC582B-DIS.

I put this here and in MEMS and Sensors, but after browsing for a component, I'm not finding any sensor ICs for automotive TPMS systems in the category of pressure transducers/transmitters used for these systems. Is there no such ST component or am I just not finding it?Thanks,TM
