Hello,We are trying to read NFC tags with our custom board which includes ST25R3920 and S32K116 Host MCU. Tags we are trying to read are most likely credit cards, ID cards etc. Only presence info would be enough for our use case. We do not need the tag information necessarily for our project.I don't have prior knowledge in the NFC environment and just been working on it for couple of weeks now. I tried using ST25NFC Embedded Library's example project by modifying platform.h for our MCU but I was not succesful. I have been told that I should use this library because starting from stratch and trying to handle everything by myself would be a messy and a long way.What I wanted to ask is that, are there any documents like application notes, user guides for software development to read an NFC tag with ST25R3920? Because all I could find were docs about Wake Up mode and datasheets.Is it good practice to try using ST25NFC Embedded Library with an MCU that is not an STM? Do I have to merge the

Hello,I am trying to work with the CAN filters and I am experimenting with various techniques. One thing I would like to do is have more than one filter on the same bus. For example, I would like to have the following message IDs be possible:0x10 and 0x20AND0x111 to 0x555So I would like to do two filters: sFilterConfig.IdType = FDCAN_STANDARD_ID; sFilterConfig.FilterIndex = 0; sFilterConfig.FilterType = FDCAN_FILTER_DUAL; sFilterConfig.FilterConfig = FDCAN_FILTER_TO_RXBUFFER; sFilterConfig.FilterID1 = 0x10; sFilterConfig.FilterID2 = 0x20; sFilterConfig.RxBufferIndex = 0; HAL_FDCAN_ConfigFilter(&hfdcan, &sFilterConfig); sFilterConfig.IdType = FDCAN_STANDARD_ID; sFilterConfig.FilterIndex = 0; sFilterConfig.FilterType = FDCAN_FILTER_RANGE; sFilterConfig.FilterConfig = FDCAN_FILTER_TO_RXBUFFER; sFilterConfig.FilterID1 = 0x111; sFilterConfig.FilterID2 = 0x555; sFilterConfig.RxBufferIndex = 0; HAL_FDCAN_C

Dear all,Could you tell me how to get some samples of STM32F103C8T6 in STM32CubeIDE?ThanksBoone

I am using an STM32H757. I understand how, using the TrustedPackageCreator and an HSM, I can supply our manufactures with an encrypted version of the firmware and limit the number of product instances they can produce. My question is, when the product firmware is being updated in the field does the person doing the updating (service engineer) need an HSM card as well. If so, is there a way to give our service people a card that allows for unlimited firmware updates? If not, what is the best approach to provide our service people with the ability to update the firmware in the field? We would like to avoid the situation were the service engineer cannot update the firmware because the HSM card has no more instances remaining.

Can anyone please let me know, how is this possible?

I have a new project with TouchGFX and currently create a huge bunch of new screens.As I have my own set of images (.png) for buttons etc. I do not use the integrated skins.When placing a radio button or checkbox now with my own images, it is very time consuming to select the images for e.g. 4 states of a radio button from my own set of images. My question therefore: Is it possible to create a customized skin so that I can select my preset skin images for the standard checkboxes and progress buttons etc?This would speed up the creation of setup menus dramatically!I could not find such a feature.

I'm having trouble getting into SPI bootloader mode on SPI1 using NUCLEO-F429ZI.I have verified this: I have followed this: And used these pins and SPI mode:But I still don't get any responce:Full sequence från me pushing the reset button and my second board sending the Synchronization Byte:Details when sending 0x5A (Synchronization Byte):What am I doing wrong here?I have a simple LED blinky program on the MCU (that it boots to when BOOT0 is low). I can see that it boots into bootloader mode at least beacause it doesn't blink the LED anymore. But I't doesn't respond.

Hello,I am trying to flashing SBSFU application on the STM32H7B3I-DK board using STM32Cube Programmer. I am using STM32H7B3I-DK 1_Image example project from SRM32CubeExpansion_SBSFU_V2.6.1. The board is working fine in the first boot and all the jumpers are in default settings. After checking the demo application I am trying to flashing the SBSFU application. For the flashing, I am taking guidance from section 8: Step-by-step execution of "UM2262-Getting started with the X-CUBE-SBSFU STM32Cube Expansion Package" document.The above documents used NUCLEOL476RG board as a reference to flash the application, but I am using STM32H7B3I-DK. Due to different board I have not change the option bytes settings. The board read out protection is set at Leve 0. After completing the above steps and flashing the SBSFU_UserApp.bin, the application is work find and I can see the SBSFU application menu at the tera term screen.After the restart the board I am not able to see anything's at tera term. I am

In my STM32L496 MCU I saw that if I activate timer1(PWM channel1) is not possible to use internal flash because FLASH_SR_PGSERR go up just after initialization (Hal_Init).while, if I disable the timer (in cube) and regenerate code, flash works as expected.So my question is: is it a problem to use timer1 and flash together?Thanks in advance

Hi TeamI want to drive BLDC motor based 6-step control (Trapezoidal control), using B-G431B-ESC1.But it seems that the board is design for FOC control.Is it possible to drive with 6-step?

https://www.st.com/en/evaluation-tools/nucleo-wl55jc.html indicates that it has "Arm® Cortex®-M4/M0+". I am confused about this: does it use an M4 or an M0+?Also, what is the difference between the WL55JC1 and WL55JC2 versions of the Nucleos? Please disregard the first question as the answer seems to be that the WL has dual cores so it has both an M4 and an M0+.

This morning, I installed cubemx and created a project for STM32F767IGT6 using J-link v2 to download the hex file to the board, but it didn't work. The project have included the LTDC, but I cannot get any signal(DCLK/VSYNC/HSYNC) from the test pads on PCB. It looks like the system clock(216MHz) doesn't work orsomething wrong. The board is good and works fine with my the other project hex files.

Encountered error during flashing of firmware STSW-ST25DV003 using discovery kit ST25DV64KC-DISCOHello,Good day.I'm Roel, I'm currently evaluating/testing the ST Crypto Demo feature. Last week I have downloaded a crypto demo software(en.STSW-ST25DV003) for my discovery kit ST25DV64KC-DISCO to the test the crypto demo feature BUT after flashing the ST25DVCryptoDemo_MB1396.bin firmware(using STM32 Cube Programmer) to my kit I encountered this error(Please see attached file)Can you please help me/guide me to fix that initialization error? for me to successfully test a crypto demo.And Lastly, is it possible for me to recompile or customize the crypto demo code(code provided along the STSW-ST25DV003 firmware) and flash it to my discovery kit? if YES, can you guide me which IDE to use and how to compile to generate a firmware(bin file)Thank you very much,Roel

I copied the code for my timer setup, and the plan was every time the capture compare was equal the CC1IF would set and I toggle the LED in the IRQHandler; however, upon loading in the code it seems the IRQHandler only gets called once to turn the LED on, and then never again. The clock is set to the default of 4MHzvoid timer_config(){ RCC->APB1ENR1 |= RCC_APB1ENR1_TIM2EN; // Enable TIMER 2 clock TIM2->CR1 &= ~TIM_CR1_DIR;      // Counting direction: 0 = up-counting, 1 = down-counting TIM2->PSC = 3;    // Prescaler = 3 // 4MHz/(1+PSC) = 4MHz/4 = 1MHz //Target PWM frequency = 100Hz // ARR=1MHz /100 Hz-1=9999 TIM2->ARR = 9999;          // Auto-reload: Upcouting (0..ARR),Downcouting (ARR..0) TIM2->CCMR1 &= ~TIM_CCMR1_OC1M;    // Clear ouput compare mode bits for channel 1 TIM2->CCMR1 |= TIM_CCMR1_OC1M_1 | TIM_CCMR1_OC1M_2; // OC1M = 110 for PWM

Hello dear,I will use "STM32H735RGV6" with an external crystal. In the datasheet, it is stated that "External oscillators: 4-50 MHz HSE". However, in CubeIde I cannot assign 50MHz since it is limited to 48MHz. Could you help with this issue?

USB Host Driver for MSC does not work.After upgrading one of my programs to the latest version of the Cube-HAL, my program with USB Host (USB FS) MSC on a STM32F746-Nucleo board stopped working. Hello,I'm using STM32WB55 in conjunction with freeRTOS OSI found a very good I2C BARE-METAL working example located at:..\STM32Cube\Repository\STM32Cube_FW_WB_V1.12.1\Projects\P-NUCLEO-WB55.Nucleo\Examples\I2C\I2C_TwoBoards_AdvComITI'm looking for a similar I2C Example, however based on and using freeRTOS implementationThanks In Advance,Micha

I am working on power management and I put MCU in sleep mode (no low-power), but it doesn't wake up when it receives a CAN frame, it stays in sleep mode. I would like any CAN frame to wake up the MCU.To switch to sleep mode I use :HAL_SuspendTick(); HAL_TIM_Base_Stop(&htim1); HAL_PWR_EnterSLEEPMode(PWR_MAINREGULATOR_ON, PWR_SLEEPENTRY_WFI); HAL_TIM_Base_Start(&htim1); HAL_ResumeTick(); tick_sleep = HAL_GetTick(); Can Bus configuration:void MX_CAN_Init(void) {   /* USER CODE BEGIN CAN_Init 0 */   /* USER CODE END CAN_Init 0 */   /* USER CODE BEGIN CAN_Init 1 */   /* USER CODE END CAN_Init 1 */ hcan.Instance = CAN1; hcan.Init.Prescaler = 6; hcan.Init.Mode = CAN_MODE_NORMAL; hcan.Init.SyncJumpWidth = CAN_SJW_1TQ; hcan.Init.TimeSeg1 = CAN_BS1_2TQ; hcan.Init.TimeSeg2 = CAN_BS2_1TQ; hcan.Init.TimeTriggeredMode = DISABLE; hcan.Init.AutoBusOff = ENABLE; hcan.Init.AutoWakeUp = ENABLE; hcan.Init.AutoRetransmission = ENABLE; hcan.Init

The datasheet on the LSM9DS1 chip on page 47 is very unclear on how the configuration of filters is supposed to work. They just tell that the fields INT_SEL and OUT_SEL are existing and give this diagram: I have hard time trying to understand what those dashed lines might mean. Why are they dashed? I understand that INT_SEL and OUT_SEL are similar. So, I give just one table below. I tend to decipher the situation this way:Can anybody comment if my guess is right and what should I put into the missing fields?

An expensive device is being repaired, in one of the voltage generation circuits there is an element ST E CUG C511 having a SMB case. On the diagram, it is denoted by the abbreviation CR, which is denoted elsewhere by the Zener dione. The device was produced in 2006, the searching for marking did not give any results.

Hello, I many years used ST-Link to download my framework to STM32, so I am not new in this.But now - I used all available settings in - ST-LINK software (under reset, hot, normal, with different frequency). I pushed reset in the boards, I connected boom0 to 3.3V to GRN. I used many jumpers in the Nucleo board.How it is happened!Initially this boards worked. I created simple code - for turn on LED. After that I decided to test the wireless connection and uploaded the .hex file from here - P-NUCLEO-WB55.Nucleo\Applications\BLE\BLE_HeartRate\Binary it was not successful attempt, BUT after that I could not establish connection with boards, please the images.  How I can fix it?
