I use STM32H750B-DK to do external loader function. "H750_External_Loader.zip" is my test code.On below have error happen, I got error while memcmp That's the code that I've used as my base: https://github.com/WellinZHANG/External_LoaderQSPI Setting EVM STM32H750B-DK Flash

I have updated from stm32cube IDE 1.10.1 to 1.11.0 . After update and open the .ioc file, clock configuration show some problem like the CPU max clock frequency i can't use 480MHz any more. Do you know anything about this bug?The H7 Package in CubeMX was updated too from 1.10 to 1.11.0

I am using NUCLEO - G474RE and I am trying to use HRTIM to output some PWM signals. HRTIM_CHA output signals voltage levels are fine (0 - 3.3V). The problem is that the voltage levels of HRTIM_CHB are off. By measuring CHB (PA10/PA11) signals I get PWM signals with voltage levels of 0- 250mV. I measured CHB signals exactly at the output of the chip, so there is no way there is some kind of a divider on NUCELO. I assume something is puling down the outputs internally.By examing GPIOA registers I found that there is no differnce in settings for CHA (PA8/PA9) and CHB (PA10/PA11):Does anybody have an idea what is the problem?

We are using the ST32WB without making use of the BLE feature. But we run into RAM issues and need more RAM. How can we "non-secure" the SRAM2Bb part?SRAM2a is currently already non-secure.Tried to do it from the CubeProgrammer, but got the error:Error: Expected value for Option Byte "BRSD_B": 0x1, found: 0x0As we think only CPU2 can adjust this option bytes, we suspect we need some kind of dummy firmware that free the secure section.

hello! I'm working on stm32f103 and I found one problem which has a weird solution. In my project, I have a bootloader and main source. I use the 0x800000 address to start the bootloader and 0x8008200 to begin my main project (the bootloader jumps to this address). after changing the main project:  address I defined also:#define USER_VECT_TAB_ADDRESS in "system_stm32f1xx.c"it opened me section where I wrote this #define USER_VECT_TAB_ADDRESS   #if defined(USER_VECT_TAB_ADDRESS) /*!< Uncomment the following line if you need to relocate your vector Table in Sram else user remap will be done in Flash. */ /* #define VECT_TAB_SRAM */ #if defined(VECT_TAB_SRAM) #define VECT_TAB_BASE_ADDRESS SRAM_BASE /*!< Vector Table base address field. This value must be a multiple of 0x200. */ #define VECT_TAB_OFFSET 0x00000000U /*!< Vector Table base offset field. This value must be a multiple of 0x200. */ #else #define VECT_TAB_BASE_ADDRESS FLASH_BASE /*!< Vector Table base add

Hello: I have a ST EEPROM IC type is "M24C64-F". If I try make write data to the same address over than spec write cycles(4million) , so, does it affect other address's retention data? Does it only affect the data of the address that is written repeatedly?

Hello friends! The thing is I have been trying to start the RTC, enable backup domain in PWR, Connect RTC to the bus, set the INIT bit - so far so good, the Ivoid RTC_init(void){ RCC->APB3ENR |= (RCC_APB3ENR_RTCAPBEN); //Power the RTC up PWR->DBPR |= PWR_DBPR_DBP; //Disable backup domain write protection RTC->WPR = 0xCA; //^Unlock RTC registers RTC->WPR = 0x53; RTC->ICSR |= RTC_ICSR_INIT; //Stop RTC and unlock registers while(!(RTC->ICSR & RTC_ICSR_INITF)){} // !!!STUCK HERE!!! Wait for entering the init mode RTC->PRER = 0x00007fff; RTC->ICSR &= ~(RTC_ICSR_INIT); //Finish initialization and start the RTC }NIT bit sets fine, but the point is after that the INITF flag doesn't set. Please is someone could point out at the problem. What am I missing? Here is the init code:

Greetings,I am using STM32L151RET6 controller. I have selected timer 5 for square wave generation. Frequency to timer 5 is 1MHz. I am starting to generate 10Hz square wave and increment the value by every 10Hz. After reaching 430 Hz pwm output is corrupted or not okay.To start with 10Hz square wave i am setting timer 5 variables as TIM5->ARR = _arr; TIM5->CCR1 = _arr / 2; HAL_TIM_PWM_Start(&htim5, TIM_CHANNEL_1);This generates 10 Hz square wave. Now after every 2 sec delay i am incrementing Frequency value and re calculating Arr and CCRx values as below /* Infinite loop */ while (1) { HAL_Delay(2000); _pwm_freq += 10; _arr = _pwm_timer_freq / _pwm_freq; _ccr = _arr / 2; __HAL_TIM_SET_AUTORELOAD( &htim5, _arr ); __HAL_TIM_SET_COMPARE(&htim5, TIM_CHANNEL_1, _ccr); }The output is okay till 420 Hz and after that output is distorted or not okay. It shows anything on the oscilloscope. Below is the snippet on how timer 5 is initiated. static void M

Hello, please help, I can’t identify the SMD component and its datashit, ST G AC GP 752.

Hello everyone,I got a time1 on STM32F103C8 running at 72Mhz with settings:If I used an interrupt, I would get callback every 30 seconds, however I want to do basically same using polling method, is there a register or a HAL function I can use to check for an update flag and clear it myself?

Hi,in RM STM32G4 (I use Rev. 7, page 1882, Figure 648 "Transfer sequence flow for I2C master transmitter for N>255bytes":The "RELOAD=0" info in last box at "N<256" is wrong. It must instead say RELOAD=1, AUTOEND=1 (otherwise Stop bit will fire immediately, and the last N bytes will NOT be sent...).(My application case is DMA tx transfer (I used 1031 bytes in total), NO I2C-restart... .)With this change then (RELOAD=1, AUTOEND=1, NBYTES= Nlast) it works perfect... .

The datasheet and ref manual only mention that the conversion time is 1.2 us but this is not enough to find the sample rate. All other stm32 products mention that explicitly, why not this one?

Our device always use your STM32F413ZG and STMPE811QTR – Resistive touch screen controller, but recently, we found ST only produce one touch screen controller currently, the FTG2-SLP. I do not know you will no longer offer STMPE811QTR or temporarily stop producing it?if you do not provide STMPE811QTR, do you think we can use FTG2-SLP? Is FTG2-SLP the same as STMPE811QTR, specially do they have the similar firmware (I2C bus, registers data, x,y positioning, calibration and registers data)?if FTG2-SLP is not good for replacing, could you give us some suggestion which other touch screen controller is the best one to replace STMPE811QTRThanks.

We have a project on an STM32H750 using FreeRTOS and I am trying to access an I2C device after the peripheral inits but before the FreeRTOS init and scheduler start in Main.c but I get no interrupts from the I2C port. I have checked that the interrupts are enabled for the port. If I do the exact same thing in a RTOS task later it works fine. If I do I2C traffic without interrupts that works fine too so the port is working. Anyone knows why?

Hardware:Im using SP1 of the STM32L476RET:SPI1_MOSI -> PA7SPI1_MISO -> PA6SPI1_SCK -> PA5SPI_CS ->PB6and Ext Interrupt:IRQ_3911 -> PA0my LEDs on:LED_A -> PB0LED_B -> PA4LED_F -> PA1LED_V -> PAB4LED_AP2P -> PB5LED_Tx -> PA8

I am missing a detailed description of the DBG (DWT) registers in RM0440 chapter 47.Also in the PM0214 I could not find any details. In what document are these registers described? Thanks

Also, please add the details of bootloader entry through empty FLASH for Cat3. into RM0440.Thanks,JW

Hi,I forgot to comment the protections set in app_sfu.h and tried debugging the code. Later I realized and commented everything and it is not allowing me to flash the program on the device. I made RDP level 0 from cube programmer, but still write protection is enabled which is not allowing me to format the device. Could anyone please let me know how can i remove write protections in cube programmer. Thanks,Ankush

AN2606 Rev 55 Page 241/432 says "... bootloader is activated by applying Pattern 6... Table 2"AN2606 page 27/432 Table 2, Pattern 6. Boot0(pin) = 1, nBoot1(bit) = 1, nBoot0_SW(bit) = 1Boot0(bit) = 0, nBoot1(bit) = 1, nBoot0_SW(bit) = 0Other two cases are when Flash memory is empty. I do not care about those cases at the moment, but I am glad they are there. First issue:RM0444 Rev 5, Page 81/1390 there is no bit nBoot0_SW. There is also no "BOOT0" bit (There is an nBOOT0 bit)Second issue: assuming it was a typographical error, and nBoot0_SW is the same as nBoot_SEL it still does not work. nBoot_SEL is defined on page 82/1390 as Bit 24 nBOOT_SEL: Boot0 signal source selection This option defines the source of the BOOT0 signal: 0: BOOT0 pin (Legacy mode) 1: nBOOT0 option bit There is a Table 8 on page 66&67 of RM0444 that says to boot into system memory (which I assume is the Bootloader, why not use the same names across documents?) BOOT_LOCK = 0, nBOOT1 = 1, BOOT0 = 1 nBOOT_SEL = 0,

Strange problem again.I created a new empty STM32 project and selected C++. Now I made two functionsvoid test(uint8_t a) {   }   void test(uint16_t a) {   }But I get an error of redefining the function test. The file (like all source files) has the ending .c and if I change it to .cpp then it works. But if I change any of my other source files to .cpp the functions in those files are not found any more. If I leave the ending .c then I cannot overload functions. What is going on here???

Hi, may i know how to use the uart using stm32h750. I just try using the basic uart application which is hello world but nothing show up. I literally follow same setting with nucleo board for uart. but it does not working with stm32h750? May i know if its different setting or i miss something?btw I am using tera term as a serial monitor. Anyone know where can i refer or anyone can just show me how to do that?
