hello everyoneI am a new researcher in the field and I need to develop a project with arm libraries to have some fft résultas I can find the library but i dont know how to make the project run, is there anyone who can help me?

The attached ioc file causes STM32CubeIde to throw a nullptr excp.It was generated by doing the following:Open motor control wb 6.1.0Follow the wizard to enter a v low inductance/resistance motor.Select the B-G431B-ESC1 boardGenerate the projectSTM32CubeMX opens"Generate Code"Open STM32CubeIdeIt opens and throws a NullPtrExcpPlease could someone at ST fix this defect?

Heyin a project of us we are using the legacy STMFlashLoader to flash firmware on a STM32F103 via the system bootloader on UART1, but wanted to migrate to STM32CubeProgrammer now. In this application the PC (Win10) which runs STMFlashLoader/STM32CubeProgrammer is not directly connected (via a USB-TTL adapter) to the UART1 of the STM32, but goes through a "tunnel". This works perfectly fine with the legacy STMFlashLoader but does not with STM32CubeProgrammer.The log generated by STM32CubeProgrammer clearly shows that things break when the first chunk of data to be written is being sent. The issue is that STM32CubeProgrammer sends a chunk of 256 bytes (0x31CE0800000008FF...), while STMFlashLoader sends only chunks of 128 bytes size (0x31CE08000000087F...), which perfectly explains the issue as the "tunnel" involves a buffer of size 128.Hence the question: Is it somehow possible to set the chunk size which STM32CubeProgrammer is using for UART uploads? If not, would it possible that such a

hey,I Have a big Project on stm32 F030R8, and i would like to export/duplicateto a new board I have(G070RB).I am using Stm32CubeIDE, is there any magic option that it can do it by its self?Or I have to copy and past by hand (please no!).thanks in advance

Hi,I setup a project for STM32F429 MCU by using STM32CubeMX with LTDC, DMA2D, FreeRTOS and TouchGFX enabled. It works very well with a splash screen and a main screen. However, when I added another simple screen, the UI freezes after some screen switch operations. The problem can be reproduced 100%, and always at the some place. After some investigation, I found the UI task is hung in OSWrappers:waitForVSync() -> xQueueReceive() -> prvUnlockQueue() -> xTaskRemoveFromEventList()->configASSERT(pxUnblockedTCB).The reason is: memory of vsync_q (in OSWrappers.cpp) is overwritten by unknown reason. vsync_q.xTasksWaitingToSend.uxNumberOfItems is no longer 0, which cause the assert fail.I added a memory write access breakpoint, and tried to catch the 'evil' code, but it breaks in the interrupt handler: DMA2D_IRQHandler(), and the memory has been changed already. So, I lost clue here, and it seems DMA2D did some incorrect operation towards the memory. Can anyone give me some suggest

Hello.I have stm32h743vit6. After Cubemx 6.3.0, the adc clock prescaler setting is not available, it does not appear. Also, even if I open the adc channels, the adc mux is never active on the Clock Config page.In older projects (6.3.0 and earlier) adc clock settings can be configured. Is this an error?

I am coding an STM32G031F8P6. I want to set some interrupt priority values. I am looking at the programming manual, PM0223. In section 4.2 (page 82) Table 25 says that the priority registers NVIC_IPR0-7 are 0xE000E400-0xE000E4EF. That doesn't make sense, as it implies a block 240 bytes long. This block should be 32 bytes long. There is no updated version of this document, nor is there an errata listing for this. Are the priority registers the first 8 words (32 bytes) in this block, or evenly distributed in the 240 byte block?

Posted on April 19, 2017 at 09:29 Hi all Recently, I created a Win32 application to convert a bitmap (.bmp) file into a header file (.h) in order to display it in mySTM32F746G-DISCO discovery board. Everything works fine but the bitmap (24 bit depth) displays differently (see attached photo) compared to the original bitmap. Does everyone experience the same? The displayed bitmap seems to be skewed and de-colored. I have done again with a 16-bit-depth bitmap but no further advance. (I reused the BSP example in STM32CubeF7Packets for the test) Note: this post was migrated and contained many threaded conversations, some content may be missing.

I am trying to do token pasting to defined macros but it fails using this platform. main.h contains the definitions and the other file is my tokenpasting attempt getting errors but it works on netbeans

Is it possible to use S2-LP to replace TI's CC1101? Below are the RF set ups in my products: //2-GFSK//data rate =175kBaud//channel spacing =200kHz//carrier frequency = 868.3mHz  //deviation =50khz//receiver channel filter band width =464kHz

Hi,I would like to create a new CubeIDE project with a IOC file (from scratch) for B-L475E-IOT01A2 that enables WiFi. I know that there are working examples (for example WiFi_HTTP_Server that works fine) but these projects do not have IOC files. I have tried to create such a new project adding es_wifi source files but id doesn't work. Probably the SPI bus should be set up in the right way together with clock configurations. Do you have any suggestions or point me to any working CubeIDE projects with IOC files?BestPST

I have a custom board with TFT connected by FSMC 16bit to the STM32F103VET6. When a new project created in CubeMX 6.7 and I try to add new software component (TougchGFX v4.21) - it told me the STM32F103VET6 does not supported. Is there a way to avoid this limitation?

HiI am using STM32F103C8T6 Microcontroller and tring to configure ADC injected channel with Timer 2 PWM in Register level. but i don't know how to enable the ADC injected channel. help meThanks in advance!

I am using STM32F031 family microcontroller and want to configure the ADC.My application requires current sensing and voltage sensing. For critical measurement like current during PWM ON time, I am using the ADC in external trigger mode, triggered by the PWM timer channel. However, for voltage sensing, I do not want the ADC to be externally triggered during the PWM ON time, instead, want to use it in regular conversion mode. How can I achieve this, since I cannot see an option to combine both triggered and regular conversion modes of ADC? Any inputs will be helpful.Regards,GD

I'm developing my first STM ethernet application and want to use it's built in MAC, from my understanding any 10/100 ETH PHY with MII or RMII should work but there's such a big list of those on market, ST Disco boards I found use LAN8740, which is expensive and somewhat hard to obtain, some tutorials I saw used LAN8720, KSZ8xxx. My main concern is if there is a big difference I'm missing out or will any of these products work same? Any experienced dev input would be appreciated on which of these IC-s is more recommended over the others.#Edit: I was planning on using F107 for it but now memory has become a concern, if anyone has a general idea of how much memory ethernet libraries usually take up, I'd love to know it.

I am working on a STM32f030.I need to convert 2 channels of ADC, and decided to use DMA.After reading the "HAL ADC Generic Driver" - UM1785 section, I got the idea that I don't have to use the "HAL_ADC_MspInit ()" function.However, nothing works until I call this function again.The following code is only for debugging and demonstrating the idea. Don't mind the rawness of it.Do not work:volatile uint16_t ADC_DMA[2] = { 0 };   uint32_t timeout_ms;   while (1) { timeout_ms = HAL_GetTick() + 50;   adc_conv_done_flag = 0;   HAL_ADC_Start_DMA(&hadc, (uint32_t*) ADC_DMA, 2); while (adc_conv_done_flag == 0) { if (HAL_GetTick() > timeout_ms) break; } HAL_ADC_Stop(&hadc);   HAL_Delay(500); }It works:volatile uint16_t ADC_DMA[2] = { 0 };   uint32_t timeout_ms; HAL_ADC_MspInit(&hadc);   while (1) { timeout_ms = HAL_GetTick() + 50;   adc_conv_done_flag = 0;   HAL_ADC_Start_DMA(&hadc, (uint32_t*) ADC_DMA, 2); w

Hello, I had a STM32F3 Discovery board which version label is "MB1035-F303C-E02" and its Compass mode is LSM303AGR. But I found the code in STSW-STM32118 is use LSM303DLHC, and the demo code not work. Where could I get the latest demo code for STM32F3 Discovery board ?And hers is a working hex file which is newer than https://www.st.com/resource/en/compiled_demos/stm32f3discovery_demo.zip Thank you

I am trying to add PDM2PCM for STM32G4 in CubeMX/IDE, but I cannot add it.Why is that so?

Hello. I am currently debugging an mbed cpp program in cubeIDE and trying to visualize the contents of variables. I was able to import from mbed to cubeIDE on my own. When I place a breakpoint on the variable I want to know about, I get the result [No details to display for the current selection]. The breakpoint is enabled on the main.c that comes up when debugging. My final goal is to make the values visible by placing breakpoints on the imported main.cpp.The program I am using is called Nucleo_Hall_rect_sin_vector on mbedonline.I am new to cubeIDE, so I would appreciate it if you could help me understand.Relevant images are attached below.

Could anyone tell how to add this functionality in the USB Host library for STM32CubeIDE?I found this:u8 c=3;   USBH_StatusTypeDef res = USBH_BUSY;   do { res=USBH_Set_Report(&USB_OTG_Host_Hnd,&USB_Host,0x02,0x00,0x01,&c); } while(res != USBH_OK);Source: https://community.st.com/s/question/0D50X00009XkZ11/caps-lock-led-turn-onoffI didn't find this function (USBH_Set_Report) in the library, I found only USBH_HID_SetReport, but I couldn't implement that.Is there any ST document that talks about this?I found a document written by Microchip:A standard keyboard has three LEDs to display NumLock, Caps Lock and Scroll Lock status. The LEDs are absolute output items; the state of each LED must be included in the output reports (0 = OFF, 1 = ON)Source: http://ww1.microchip.com/downloads/en/AppNotes/01212a.pdf

When I used STM32CubeMX to do the parameter setting. For some of the parameters I don't know how to configure them. For example, the parameters like: "Chip select high time", "Chip select boundary", "Refresh rate". How to configure the above three parameters in combination with the datasheet？

hi.I implemented the numeric custom Keyboard through the Keyboard example. However, I can not connect the buffer used for input with the buffer used for TextArea. How can I connect? And I want to be able to input it directly to the keyboard when I touch the TextArea. Can I detect the touch of the TextArea?thank you

Hi, I want to receive data by UART and display them by graph. Here is my code:``` HAL_UART_Receive_IT(&huart1,(uint8_t*)RxBuf,1); RxBuf[1]=r1[i];```and show by graph:```  if(i<256){ dynamicGraph1.addDataPoint(r1[i++] ); }else i=0;```the problem is a straight line shown and not correct.
