Hello there, STM32 community!I am new to the STM32 family and I am currently working on a project to read and write Mifare Classic and Desfire tags. For this, I am using an STM32G071-NUCLEO64 microcontroller and a X-NUCLEO-NFC05A1 (ST25R3911B) board connected via SPI. I have been trying to establish the SPI connection between the two devices and send/receive data, but so far, I have not been successful.Initially, I tried to use the SPI example provided in STM32CubeIDE, but I was not able to receive data correctly. Then, I followed a post on the ST community website to use the RFAL/NDEF libraries for my project. However, the post was for the 32f070RB board, and I had to make some modifications to make it work with my hardware.Unfortunately, after copying the RFAL and NDEF libraries into my project, modifying the platform.h file, and adding the necessary modules, I am still unable to get it working. The error I am receiving is:#define ERR_HW_MISMATCH ((ReturnCode)36U) /*!< expected hw

I have ported the NxWebServer example from the STM32H735-DK project over to the STM32H743i-eval. All the bugs seem to be worked out and connection is being made. I can see get requests coming in to the call back but after the second or third file for the main webpage the callbacks stop. I have tried slowing the SDMMC clock, Disabling Cache, to no avail. I have tried using the debugger to pause the code when the callbacks stop and the the code is always in the RTOS idle state with all the tasks either suspended or completed with the exception of the remaining sleeping thread that checks for connection status once every 10 seconds. On occation I will get the whole web page but that is very rare. Not sure where else to look.

Hi,I'm having some trouble with trying to correct the RTC drift on a STM32F439NIHx. I've enabled the REF_IN and provided a 50Hz signal on the pin, but the RTC still drifts by around 1s per day.I've also tested that the 50Hz signal is correctly received by changing the pin to an external interrupt and correctly generated 50 interrupts per seconds.Am I missing something or doing something wrong in the setup:Enabling the RTC and the ref in : RTC_HandleTypeDef hrtc = RTC_HandleTypeDef(); hrtc.Instance = RTC; hrtc.Init.HourFormat = RTC_HOURFORMAT_24; hrtc.Init.AsynchPrediv = RTC_ASYNCH_PREDIV; hrtc.Init.SynchPrediv = RTC_SYNCH_PREDIV; hrtc.Init.OutPut = RTC_OUTPUT_DISABLE; hrtc.Init.OutPutPolarity = RTC_OUTPUT_POLARITY_HIGH; hrtc.Init.OutPutType = RTC_OUTPUT_TYPE_OPENDRAIN;   if (HAL_RTC_Init(hrtc) != HAL_OK) { Error_Handler(); } if (HAL_RTCEx_EnableBypassShadow(hrtc) != HAL_OK) { Error_Handler(); }   if (HAL_RTCEx_SetRefClock(hrtc) != HAL_OK) { Error_Handler(

Hello,I’m using an ST MP1 Development Kit STM32MP157C-DK2 to develop and deploy projects involving Machine Learning on an SoC.I need to perform some pre-processing operations on data coming from different sensors and to do so I have at my disposal Python scripts with dependencies from libraries like NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, and Librosa.While the first ones can be easily resolved by installing them via apt, (python3-numpy and python3-pandas), I’m encountering difficulties with the other ones (scipy and librosa), which are not available on ST repositories.I tried installing them via pip3, but it requires a compiler to build both libraries and dependencies from scratch, and the current Linux image I’m using doesn’t include it.Do you have any ideas on how to proceed, to help me?Thank you,Andrea.

Hi all, I am working in uart2 which is connected to the usb port in nucleo -g431rb but I want to communicate not through usb but through PA2 and PA3 pins assigned to uart2 by default. Tx line work properly but Rx not. There is a good signal on PA3 input (I checked with oscilloscope) but MCU is not receiving data. I thought there was some collision with usb virtual port so I unsoldered solder bridges SB1 and SB12 - doesn't work. Rx uart2 works if I send data to usb port and not to PA3. Does anyone have any idea?

I have a characteristic1 as a write and I want to add a second characteristic as a read, but when I add this second I can't fint the device with the App?

This problem is driving me crazy. I'm running STM32CubeIDE, Version: 1.9.0, Build: 12015_20220302_0855 (UTC) connected to a NUCLEO-L4A6ZG. Very frequently, my debug sessions go like this:  STMicroelectronics ST-LINK GDB server. Version 6.1.0 Copyright (c) 2022, STMicroelectronics. I am currently working on a project to develop a zigbee module using the "STM32WB30CEU5A" MCU.I currently have "Zigbee" enabled with "STM32_WPAN" middleware via "STM32CubeIDE".I have several questions about it.1. In the UM2550 documentation, I am looking at section 4.2.4 "Installing and running the STM32CubeUpdater program". Here it says to install "STM32CubeUpdater", but I can't find this file. Has this been replaced by "STM32_Programmer_CLI"?2. if I buy the STM32WB30CE chip, does it come with firmware on the coprocessor by default or do I have to write the firmware.3. i am trying to build a module to replace the Digi Xbee S2C (IEEE 802.15.4 Function Set). Is there an example that I can refer to for this?4. can I read the memory of the coprocessor (Cortex M0) in STM32Cube Programmer ?Translated with DeepL

HiI would like to use STM32WB5MMG-DK.1) I tried to program 1.15 software packages for stack-ble + FUS + SAFEBOOT.The stack ble file size is 149KB, according to the release note it suppose to be programmed at address 0x080C5000 (or 0x080CE000).The FUS is suppose to be programmed at 0x080EC000 and the safeboot at 0x080F0000,but the stack-ble is so big (149KB) so its end is on 0x080F3000.How can I have all of them ?2) During my tries I erased all the sections between 0x080C5000-0x080F3000.Now, any combination of stack/FUS I tried, I don't have ADVERTISE (the code does not get to ADV_Request - but there are RX_IPCC interrupts)Is there something important that being erased ?Thanks

Hi,Can you tell me if STiD135 is EOL for now?Is there any alternative from ST?Thanks,Christie

I have a stm32f429 discovery board, can I use its 3V/5V pin as power supply?Image below is from mb1705c, I'm not sure the meaning of "EXT_5V, Input only".I would appreciate it if you could answer my question.

i am trying to measure the power consumption of the MCU in my custom board with different sleep modes, while measuring the stop2 mode i am getting consumption of 110 uA in the datasheet its showing of 2 uA ,even for shutdown and standby mode also its consuming that current.in sleep and active mode am getting proper value as mention in the data sheet.to get into stop2 mode am using,while (1){/* USER CODE END WHILE *//* USER CODE BEGIN 3 */ HAL_Delay(1000); HAL_SuspendTick(); HAL_PWREx_EnterSTOP2Mode(PWR_SLEEPENTRY_WFI); HAL_ResumeTick();}/* USER CODE END 3 *apart from this step do i need to do anything extra for enabling the stop2 mode.(am using lpm01a ST power measurement module.)

I'm building a project around the B-G431B-ESC1 board, that claims to support hall sensored 6-step control, but in motor bench there are no example files for this (only sensorless electric speed control files). I know you are supposed to generate files in motor bench and then set six step control method in CubeMX. But when I do that, I get bunch of errors in CubeIDE that I'm missing many necessary library files. When I link them in project options for compiler files from different project (that is FOC and does have them), I get the same errors. When I go back to Motor Control and update the same project (which theoretically should add those needed libraries) it rewrites the code and sets the control method to FOC (like it would ignore anything you'd set inside CubeMX). So my question is how to set up six step control?I've spent enormous amount of time trying to resolve this, but to no avail.

I have programmed the temperature sensor, but it seems that it has not been successful, the NDEF reading result is shown in the figure, what should I do?if( NfcType5_NDEFDetection( ) != NDEF_OK ) {  CCFileStruct.MagicNumber = NFCT5_MAGICNUMBER_E1_CCFILE;  CCFileStruct.Version = NFCT5_VERSION_V1_0;  CCFileStruct.MemorySize = ( ST25DVXXKC_MAX_SIZE / 8 ) & 0xFF;  CCFileStruct.TT5Tag = 0x05;  /* Init of the Type Tag 5 component (M24LR) */  while( NfcType5_TT5Init( ) != NFCTAG_OK ); } /* Init done */ NFC07A1_LED_Off( GREEN_LED ); HAL_Delay( 300 ); NFC07A1_LED_Off( BLUE_LED ); HAL_Delay( 300 ); NFC07A1_LED_Off( YELLOW_LED ); HAL_Delay( 300 ); /* write text message to EEPROM */ K_Temperature= MAX6675_ReadTemperature(); //读?热电?温度值 HAL_Delay(1000); // 将浮点数转?为字符串 char temp_str[20]; sprintf(temp_str, "%f", K_Temperature); // 将字符串转?为无符?8?整数

Hi,we want to use the STPMIC1A for supply of an STM32MP157 custom board and its LDO2 to supply a SD Card. At the moment, a flashing proccess during EOL is not planned and my customer wants to boot from SD Card.As this LDO2 is programmed as 1V8 by factory, the SD Card will not come up. We want to increase its voltage by an external power supply during first boot (from SD) and during that, the PMIC will be reprogrammed in a way that LDO2 will supply 3V3, so the external power supply is not needed anymore.As the LDO2 output voltage is lower than Vin of LDO2 and LDO2 is not monitored,I did not find any restrictions, which are against my idea. Can you confirm, that if Vin and LDO25IN is 5V, and LDO2OUT (programmed default as 1V8) is superimposed by 3V3, the PMIC will not be damaged and not shut down?Thank you,Florian
