Hello, ihave a projet with STM32Fxxx or STM32H i want use : lcd touchscreen 80x480 16 bits mode 1Go SDram 4Go eMMC µsd card 2 SPI 2 I2C 1 USB 1 WIFI 2 UART which component STM32H or STM32F can i use ? Best regards Sébastien

You can use the part selection in CubeMX to list chips that meet those specs. Most chips will be able to do that in STM32F4/F7 and STM32H7.
