emWin_PNG License issues

Hi,

We have successfully integrated Segger's emWin_PNG library (https://www.segger.com/downloads/emwin/emWin_PNG) with STemWin on STM32H7 series MCU. Segger License agreement shown during emWin_PNG library download has below wording which might be an issue integrating this library into an embedded product.

3. License Grant
The licensee (YOU) will receive the software as object code and some tools in executable code from SEGGER.
YOU may use the code for evaluation purposes only. You may not use or port the software on another platform other than a PC, use, port or embed it in a product or for any commercial purposes without entering a separate License Agreement.

My understanding is that emWin library and windows tools packaged with STMCube are licensed under ST's SLA0044. But this does not include emWin_PNG library.

Can ST please guide us on this issue and suggest how can be comply with emWin_PNG License agreement on a commercial embedded product where PNG library code is distributed in object form?

Also do we have to comply with original libpng's BSD style license also?
