problem to install st-link driver

Hi!I have a board nucleo F446RE..I can't to install the st-link driver.can be related to fact that in my laptop I have windows 11?

I can't to install stm 32cube programmer because I'm not the pc-administrator.. Maybe this is the problem

So, I have downloaded the en.stsw-link009 and I have launched dpinst_amd64.exe, with the board connected, but I receive this window.

Ok, thanks!Sorry, but I'm new..Is important to install other STM softwares before to install the st-link driver?
