Yes the usual way is to verify which will be visible to the operator on screen. But we wanted to send flashing information to a central server which monitors every station in the assembly line

Thanks. Just after posting I came across the command line option and you replied soon after. Is there a mechanism to monitor any hardware pin of the STLink3 to check if flashing is successful or failed ?
