Thank you for the information. I just tried your clue and verified that the CRC is not the root cause. But good to know the CRC in the touchgfx could cause some issue. Thank you.
Well, after rebooting everything, suddenly the IDE + J-trace can program the DK. Yes, still need update the J-link to the latest version, but the way to update was correct. Request closed!
