From what I can read on this diode it is from ST for sure, and it says VU beside the logo, the next line is M R, and the last line is GP922.
Any help would be appreciated.
That makes sense to me. It was a *** shoot to be honest. But there is equipment running these ICs still and when the IC goes the equipment stops.Thanks.
