Looking for datasheet on diode

From what I can read on this diode it is from ST for sure, and it says VU beside the logo, the next line is M R, and the last line is GP922.

Any help would be appreciated.IMG_20240703_171230[1].jpgIMG_20240703_172423[1].jpg

Thank you for the legible photo!

The marking MR stands for the SM6T30CA, a bidirectional 600W, 25.6V TVS in SMB package.

Hope that helps?

Good luck!

Hi, I have diode with logo ST with code GP 113

Which's diode ?

Any help would be appreciated.

Perhaps provide a picture in context. Have it be large, clear and in focus..

GP113 is a production location / date code, it is not product ID marking.

The product ID is typically a two or three letter code. Usually alpha.

DP -> SM6T10A

Looks like it's already been replaced, the original part is the one on the left, is the marking on that legible?
