acutely i haven't contacted RisingHF Support but i found the file in here :https://www.risinghf.com/product/detail/19and by it failed i mean it failed to copy to the mass-storage device  

i have tried to load a simple blink led to my L0 and it work  but i have found a file .bin (rhf0m003-v3.5.13.bin) in the risinghf site and when i try to drag and drop it in the L0 it failed is there any solution exept getting a new end node   

Yes that's right,first i had connected an other node but it was the same as mine then i thought may be the module of my node is damaged so i changed it by the other node 's module but nothing changed
