How to ping MCU on STM32G0B1RE evaluation board?

I can leverage AzureRTOS which has a tcp/ip stack through Netx. Any recommendations or resources are appreciated

It might not be ideal for networking. What would pinging this MCU entail?Is there an STM you know that is more network compatible?
