Using Dynamic tag as a passive tag

Dear reader,I was wondering if it is possible to use the Dynamic NFC tags series as a passive tag. I do not have a supply voltage available, so I was wondering what the effects would be. The I2C and the SRAM would not work. Anything else?

Is this also the same for the M24SR and M24LR?
