STEVAL-SPIN3201 usart overrun errors

I have just increased the baud rate to 115200 and I am facing a lot of overrun errors. How do I fix it? The code looks optimized.
Overcurrent with STSPIN32F0A. We have made replicated the eval board on our PCB and the same firmware presents as an error

I want to design a pcb with STSPIN32F01. To program this IC I do not want another controller like in the eval board. How can I program this IC? Can I use motor work bench?
