I am getting this error when I try connecting my Hardware ( Nucleo-F302R8, IHM07 ) with STM Motor Profiler. What could be the issue?

I am get this error message from ST Motor Pilot Profiler. I have tried clearing the memory and disconnecting power to the board but there is no change. Any information on how to go around this issue?
