I try to implement AN3997 Application  using cubemx. but I don't know how to configure the peripheral. no information has been given in the document. Can someone help me.thank you

I got this error several time. (for stm32f4 discovery board). is there any solution? if no, how can i load manually this file? where can i download? due to this error, I haven't used ide yet.
