I'm trying to send via USART2 to the console and I followed a tutorial about that and the code is giving no error and when I try to use the dedicated console it gives me an error saying that "couldn't open COM4 Port" can you please help me out ?

Well, sorry for that, I'm using STM32F767ZI and I used Tera Term console and it was appearing there and detected but no messages were received but no idea why ?Thanks in advance
