HardRst command not working with latest STM Utility

Hello,after update Stm32 Utility to version 4.3.0 HardRst command stopped working.In log I can see:-HardRst is available only on ST-LINK/V2 with firmware V2J12S3 and later.but I have connected ST-LINK V2 with V2.J32.S7 firmware.
No replies to display.
