why STM32F401RCT6's RTC HT value can't be zero when over 24:00

I find the RTC's HT's Value exceeds 24,when i use a stm32f401 mcu's RTC module to upload sensor data to geteway.I'm very confusing. My project is made by stm32cubemx,and using the newest HAL library.

I set the hour to 13 in fact,but don't set the RTC to 12-hour mode.I'll change the hour value to 10 and check again tomorrow.Rui
