How to check the date code on IC

Hi STMicroelectronic,I have the MCU pard number STM32F101RCT6 and I would like to know the date code of this IC.The markking on the IC show 815 but I am not sure it mean from 2008 or 2018. see picture as attached.Could you please advise on this?
