Choice clock disable， the is No problem.#define FSMC_CFG_ADDR ((unsigned char *)0x60000000) //

The problem has been solved.when you are use clock Burst read write,the wait signal must be turn on .stm32f4 stm32f2 also have the same problem.stm32f7 is no this problem.
