Hello...​have a question for SPC560B50L1. ​when put in 12V in board, MCU power 3.3V is good, & VDD_LV line is 1.27Vbut EXTAL/XTAL pin is not working......​so, i wonder if should be downloaded for the first time.when bought MCU, MCU contain basic S/W ...

Dear all... I used SPC560B54... 1 question.....clock.. VIN is OK but don't work clock, XTAL / EXTAL connected 16MHz cristal. (SX-8) why don't work MCU check & address plz. Thanks.
