Hello...
have a question for SPC560B50L1.
when put in 12V in board, MCU power 3.3V is good, & VDD_LV line is 1.27V
but EXTAL/XTAL pin is not working......
so, i wonder if should be downloaded for the first time.
when bought MCU, MCU contain basic S/W writing or floating ????
And where is SPC560B50L1 FW...??
