Endianness of 'in the air' data bytes

The RF frequency range for the STM32WLEx2 is specified starting at 150MHz. Our requirement is to work between 148MHz and 152MHz ( the wildlife tracking frequency allocation) - will the device work at 148MHz? (NonLora application)
