I've resolve himself with a hack.I've just declared my const data in a .h instead of a .c. Then i've include this .h in my boot part.myLibSect symbol is now viewed by the linker and my data correctly embedded where i want.

If you use a ST-LINK, you can try with STM3 ST-Link Utility => Menu Target => Automatic Mode...You can check "Run application"

A good approach is to check RunningData[ProgramNumber][SQUEEZE_TIME_VALUE ] before decrease the value => so you are sure to be inside your functional values.
