Thanks for your reply.I did the same configuration in this document for debugger.I opened the same project twice so with one of them m7 is selected and with the other m4 and simultaneous debugging was ok.Thanks.

I think using just hardware semaphore would result in the best performance.

As i can see the spi is configured as 8 bit data size and your dma is 16bits.Make spi 16 bits and see if it works.Maybe sharing inside of the function st7768_writedata would help much better.
