I have selected the debug prob to ST-LINK OpenOCD.

I'm trying to program STM32F103C8T6 using CUBEIDE. After solving so many errors now I have this error " failed to start GDB server" tried different PORT NUMBERS and also changed debug prob from " OPEN OCD" to "GDB SERVER" but could not help.

I have issued my devices from my University.Can you please tell me how to check stm32 or ST-Link is either genuine or not.

Yes I changed ST-LIINK and STM32F1 but could not help.It would be tremendous if you can help me to solve this problem.
