I'm using Keil-MDK5 and I want to develop code using the STM32F051R8discovery board, In Run time Environment window under the device tab there is no classic configuration. It shows only stm32cubeMX under stmcubeframe work (API)...

i want develop using RTE_device.h classic configuration .So how can I fix this one .

when I select the version of cubemx in downloading link it just kept in a loop of license agreement to download option but not downloaded the software .Is this because of some downloading issue ?
