What is the cause of spur near 1KHz when using LNBH26 power?

LNBH26 22kHz tone spurs Why is there spurious next to the main signal when using 22kHz Tone? The main signal is 1.45 GHz, which is far away from 22 kHz? I'm getting spurs even 22khZ away from 1.45G. What is the reason?

I am using LNBH26. I want to use the 22kHz tone amplitude as 400mV, but is there any function to change the amplitude?
