The problem is that the controller of stm8S208C8T6 doesn't work after it has been used on the vehicle for a period of time, and the controller function is invalid. Once in the past, the controller can work normally after re burning the program, but this time there is another such problem. Now we need to analyze whether the chip failure is a configuration change or a program damage, but because the chip has read protection, we can't read any information, Need your help to analyze or unlock the chip without damaging the chip, read out the information in the chip for analysis, so as to avoid problems in the future.

This shouldn't be possible. Depending on the configuration, circuit and program, if this is an automotive application there should have been an open interface to communicate with the chip and read such data or activate the bootloader externally.
If this was not implemented from the beginning, I don't think there is anything you can do to read the chip.
