Big problem with STVD

I have a workspace containing several projects; one of those projects has several building configurations. Randomly, the STVD switches the settings between the varoius configurations in this project, this way I am never sure what configuration I am building.

This is a huge problem, any thoughts or solutions?

Actually, configurations remain consistent, but the NAMES are linked randomly.

I have 11 configurations (including the basic Debug and Release).

Thank to all who might give some hint.
