VREFBUF greyed out in STM32CubeMx 6.14.1

I am using STM32CubeMX in version 6.14.1 with STM32U585OIY6QTR selected.

Trying to Setup VREFBUF Mode I can not set anything since it is greyed out.

VREF should be supported by this MCU.
