syscalls.c disappears after generating code for X-CUBE-AI

Not always, but sometimes syscalls.c file is removed upon generating code for X-CUBE-AI middleware.

I'm using STM32N6570-DK board and the version of STM32CubeMX is 6.16.1 for Windows 11.

Let me thank you for posting.

The same problem has been already reported through this ST Post and an internal ticket has been raised to the dedicated team (Ticket 220679).

I will keep you up to date when the problem is solved.
