STM32CubeIDE V1.17.0 changed my Mutex setting in FreeRTOS

Upgrade from 1.15.1 to 1.17.0. Then open .ioc and renerate code.

I was using static mutex in my code,. But after reneration, the mutexs were changed to Dynamic
