STM32CubeIDE build randomly started failing

I started getting the build error "Fatal error: invalid -march= option: `armv7e-m+fp'" while testing my code. It first happened after I changed a numeric #define value in my application code but I tried changing it back to what it was and I continue getting this error message. I didn't make any other changes so I'm not sure what caused this to randomly start happening. I have attached the verbose build output.
