Good day, gentlemens!
I request assistance with installing the STM32 development environment. I have Windows 7 operating system installed, firewall is disabled, no antivirus is present, I'm not using a proxy, and I have a stable wired internet connection. All applications can connect to the internet and use it normally, except for the STM32 IDE. I have taken several screenshots of the error messages displayed by the STM32 IDE upon launch. I have tried everything I could, but nothing seems to work. I kindly ask for your qualified assistance.
Thank you in advance.

Hello @Sergii Kosiushyn and welcome to the community,
Could you check the option "Direct" for the network connection active provider, in order to benefit directly from the Internet connection.
Thanks,
Rim

Thank you for your response.
I tried Direct, but nothing has changed. The issue remains unresolved.

@Sergii Kosiushyn By your screenshots, it looks like CubeIDE is already installed and running.
Are you trying to update it?

Yes, of course, CubeIDE is installed and running. I am not trying to update it, but rather to start a new project. However, CubeIDE is attempting to connect to the internet to download the necessary modules, but for some reason, it is unable to establish a connection. I'm not sure what the issue is.

So neither Direct or Native provider works for you.
This is bad. Something is broken at least at the Java level.
Try to move to a supported Windows version.
