One file in STM32CubeIDE seems to be identified as a virus by Avast, and sadly I can't restore this file. Any tips?

Because of this, I can't open the STM32CubeIDE program.
I'm currently trying to update my Windows and re-activate the shields after the update to see if this problem still persists.
