MCU packages "from Local"

Hello,

My network is blocked, so can't access the packages through CubeIDE.

I am trying to add the MCU package "from Local" as mentioned in the thread https://community.st.com/t5/stm32cubeide-mcus/unbale-to-connect-to-the-network/m-p/118945/highlight/true#M4106.

Help -> Configuration Tool -> Embedded Software Packages manager -> From Local 

For STM32 U5, I can see two softwares - one is the package and other is the patch.

Patch for STM32CubeU5

1.1.1

STM32Cube MCU Package for STM32U5 series

1.7.0

Following the process, I was able to install 1.7.0. But while installing the patch 1.1.1, I am getting errror -

My question - for the 1.7.0 is the patch 1.1.1 correct? Or the patch would be named as a progression to the base (in this case 1.7.1 ?). In that case, currently I don't need the patch after installing the firmware package of 1.7.0?

Or the patch of 1.1.1 on 1.7.0 is correct and some procedure I am missing here.

The latest package is 1.7.0. There is no patch beyond this.

The 1.1.1 patch is for the 1.1.0 version of the package.
