Hi,
I got copilot working in version 17 and 18.
It's great. Save a heap of Googling. It might put stack exchange out of business. I hope not but hey!
It even writes comments and descriptions.

If all you do are basic problems on existing hardware for which examples appear many different times on StackOverflow or GitHub, it does do a good job. Remember it is not creating but regurgitating what it trained on.
When you add complexity, it starts to unravel. And when a new chip series comes out with a slightly different peripheral or other nuance, it won't know what to do, or even tell you that. Confidently incorrect right through failure.

Recent updates of Copilot app provide the "think deeper" mode:
The genuine truth comes from testing and experimenting with real hardware - but we cannot let it do this yet, for obvious reasons ))
