Issue in GDB Debugger

I am trying to build the basic LED Blink on the STM32-N6570-DK , since i have build the code and try to run with the default settings it ends up with the following problem , whats the reason and how to solve this ?

Let me thank you for posting.

I am able to debug STM32-N6570-DK using STM32CubeIDE 2.0.

I recommend that you take a look this Application Note.

It describes how to get started with projects based on STM32N6 microcontrollers in the STMicroelectronics
STM32CubeIDE integrated development environment.

I suggest also that you connect the board with STM32CubeProgrammer and erase the Memory, before launching the Debug Session.

still the issue has been same even following the same steps , the issue hasn't resolved ? is there any alternative to check why it has been occur and rectify the solution
