How to install an Eclipse CDT Plugin like OpenMRC?

Dear Friends, I'm having problems to load this plugin (Eclipse CDT Plugin: OpenMRC), it's from GitHub, I tried using the "Install New Software" but without good results, I also download it to my desktop but the IDE wants JAR files, so please someone knows how to correctly load it in order to use that plugin? Thanks a lot!!!

Hi Henry,

Well the plug-in is distributed as source code. So you first need an Eclipse/CDT development environment to build the JAR files etc...

We did give it a quick try, did not work well. Default menus/icons/labels were missing. And it basically did not work at all.
