Hi, I am trying to set up magnetic encoder from RLS. It is communicating over SPI, but I am having hard time setting it up. I am not sure if I am not using SPI correctly or setting the settings specificated for encoder. Encoders LED light keeps blinking, which means it is communicating correctly. Here is my code and settings:
