Created an account, activated it, signed in, and I'm stuck in a loop of clicking "Get latest" > Accept the license agreement > "Download latest" > Accept the same license agreement > "Download latest" > Accept the same license agreement > and so on. The download never starts. This happens when trying to download CubeMX as well. CubeIDE for vscode worked fine.
This seems to be a reoccurring issue over the years. I'm using up to date chrome and have no extensions installed except workplace mandated Microsoft Purview which I cannot disable or interact with.

For what it's worth to help anyone else, I got around this by visiting in Incognito mode (because otherwise the ST site automatically logs me in even if I log out first) and downloading both as a visitor using the emailed link. Not ideal, it's hard enough to get IT in larger companies to allow downloads/installs of development tools without this kind of thing happening. I'm surprised an external email with a link to download executable software even made it to my inbox. I don't have this problem with anyone else (TI, Espressif, Xilinx, etc).
