Compliance to use modules with SLA0044 license under a MIT/Commons Clause license project?

I'm working on a project that is generated from STM32Cube IDE.

The project uses https://github.com/STMicroelectronics/stm32_mw_usb_device as one of the modules. This module is licensed under the SLA0044.

There is a plan to make the project Open Source under the terms of MIT/Commons Clause license. My question is as follows:

  1. Does putting the project with MIT/Commons Clause with the specific module violate any of the terms of SLA0044?
  2. If answer to previous question is in POSITIVE, then what would be the correct way to put out the project with MIT/Commons Clause license and at the same time using the specified module of ST?

The "MIT/Commons Clause" is not a license. Be more specific.

By "MIT/Commons Clause" i meant to mention "The MIT License" and the “Commons Clause License". Does that make sense?
