Cannot select multiple lines of text on macOS Tahoe 26.1

Eclipse and hence CubeIDE has this problem described here (and in the title):

For Eclipse there is a patched version out there.

Is there a timetable to get this fix out for CubeMX?

Or instructions how patch CubeMX?
