CubeIDE only works on 64-bit Windows as it is part of the x86_64 architecture. You should receive an error if you try to launch it on a 32-bit Windows.
We are looking into some solutions to make this more clear for the user such as mentioning it on the website or possibly renaming future installers, but the 64-bit only requirement will remain.
