I entered the lengths of the DDR traces from the ST official evaluation board into Excel, and the maximum length deviation is 3 mm. Is the trace routing on the evaluation board reasonable, and can I reuse it directly on my own board?

Hi @LH1
Please confirm you are using the excel given for the correct package as given in STM32MP15x Series DDR memory routing guidelines examples ?
e.g. "Memory_length_equalization_in_mm_for_STM32MP15XXAA.xls" for the LFBGA448
Delta value in 'blue' mean it is within guidelines.
Depending on the tool used to extract the signal lengths, there might be slight differences (e.g. how PCB vias are included in the length, etc...).
You should also check AN5122 STM32MP1 Series DDR memory routing guidelines

Thank you. I did make a mistake; I entered MP135XXAF as XXAE.

OK, I also wrongly answered with MP15 information, but there is similar files for MP13 as well.
